Cathie Cooper is a realist artist, currently based in Bristol, UK. She trained as an actor and worked as a scenic artist before making the transition to fine art. 

Cathie is best known for her urban street scene paintings of towns and cities across the South West. Working in acrylics, her work is driven by colour and aims to capture the fun and vibrancy of life, through contrasting abstracted finger-painted strokes and fine detail.

Recent exhibitions include the finalist exhibition for the Broadway Arts Festival 2023.
